Anecdotes of meetings with Bill Gates, Kate Moss and Barack Obama (to name a few), make this a motivating and lively read.

Good to great image - Holiday Reading Good to Great – Jim Collins

This 2001 publication still makes a great read for those that want to turn their organisation from’ good to great’. Collins proposes a number of variables which facilitate such a transition, based on 5 years of research. Despite this focus on ‘evidence’, the writing style makes for a fast-paced read.

The code of an extraordinary mind image - Holiday Reading The Code of the Extraordinary Mind: 10 Unconventional Laws to Redefine Your Life and Succeed On Your Own Terms – Vishen Lakhiani

Selected by Bill Gates as one of his top reads for 2016, this is a great book for encouraging you to think a little deeper – What if everything you ever thought about life, work, love, is wrong? Lakhani guides you towards thinking out of the box and redefining what personal success means to you.
